Hi there! My name is Margarida Pessanha and I have a master’s degree in Dentistry from FMDUL – Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Lisbon. I knew from an early age that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, and Dentistry captivated me the most, due to the great impact that oral health has on the general health and well-being of patients. In a time where prevention focused dentistry is becoming increasingly relevant, my ambition would be for everyone to have access to optimal oral care as well as education and awareness in this matter. The dedication of Clínica D’Avenida’s team is a great inspiration for me every day. In my free time, what I like to do most are walks and runs in nature, being with friends and traveling.
