Hello, I’m Jorge Almeida and I’m a dentist!

In 1999, when I finished my degree at the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the University of Porto, I could never have imagined the privilege of working, in the year 2000, in a structure with the quality of Clínica Dentária D’avenida, and with professionals of excellence, who welcomed me and helped transform me into the dentist that I am today.

After 12 years of general dental practice, always with a particular interest in the occlusion problems presented by patients, it was in 2011 that I completed, at the International Institute of Medical & Dental Science, the post-graduate course in Occlusion – Interrelation Dental Prosthesis, Implantology and Orthodontics.

With almost 20 years of dental practice, nothing pleases me more than solving a patient’s occlusion problem: identifying a problem and turning it into a comfortable solution.

When it’s not patients and their teeth that inhabit my mind, family, tennis and gardening compete for my time!
